- Parapet wall details- The shed uses a 1 in 12 pitch roof and a parapet wall so the front and side walls appear as a flat roof.
- Wood Rail Foundation - Wood Skid
- Wood Siding -Siding is shown as wood siding but other sidings can be substituted.

2400x4800 Modern Shed Plans Specifications Overview
- Floor: 35x140mm floor joists with 18mm floor sheathing.
- Walls: Framing at 400mm on center, 18mm O.S.B. sheeting that allows most sidings to be applied. The lower shed wall height is 2300mm. The front wall is 3130mm.
- Door: The specified door is a 1640x2040mm full glass residential home pre-hung door.
- Windows: The upper windows are 1810mm x 772mm fixed and the lower windows are openable 1000x300mm
- Roof: This is a low slope roof design. The roof is framed using 190mm rafters at 600mm on center. It is sheeted with 10mm O.S.B.
- Roof Pitch: 10 deg roof pitch.
- Roofing: Mineral surfaced roll or rubber membrane roof.
- Siding: Tongue and groove siding is specified on the plans. Most sidings that can be attached to O.S.B. sheeting like Vinyl siding, cement board sidings, lap sidings, metal panel or metal corrugated and stucco, can be used.
