We have been experimenting with several new modern shed designs. They are currently based off the 12×16 modern shed size until we have a better understanding of the construction process. They will then be made larger or smaller to fit different size needs. It is a basic cube with the addition of a covered porch area over the entry and side glass. Several options may include a totally flat roof with a rubber membrane roofing system or a 1 in 12 pitched roof with low slope metal roofing. The end result will be a very easy to build modern shed plan.
